Welcome to the Move Into May: Mind-Body Challenge! This month is all about finding balance — moving your body, trying different activities, and giving yourself time to rest and recharge. Staying active and mixing up your workouts can help you feel stronger, more energized, and more confident every day. The challenge is simple: attend 8 IYF live classes and complete 16 additional fitness activities of your choice—whether it's walking, running, hiking, pickleball, or any other movement that brings you joy. And don't forget, recovery days are an important part of the challenge too—take one each week to recover and let your body recharge. Your goal is to build a routine that feels good for you — combining Illuminate You Fitness classes, other activities you enjoy, and plenty of rest to stay refreshed. Balance is key to your progress! Let's make May a month of movement, progress, and feeling your best!
