Welcome to the April Move More Challenge! Join us in celebrating National Move More Month by committing to daily activity for 30 days straight. The goal? Achieve either 10,000 steps or 20 minutes of aerobic activity each day - we'll provide some optional tips and/or suggestions for you along the way. This challenge isn't just about physical fitness; it's about cultivating healthy habits and boosting your overall well-being. Whether walking, biking, hiking, taking an IYF class/VOD, doing yard work, or playing pickleball, every step and minute count toward your daily target. Track your own progress for motivation and accountability - results are kept private. Whether you’re an IYF client or not, this challenge is free and open to anyone. Engage in physical activity regularly this April to help improve your mood and health.
