This 60-minute total body workout is the perfect class for anyone new to barre. It is also valuable for anyone looking to deepen their practice and enhance results. Each low-impact class is designed to sculpt and strengthen muscles, while also increasing flexibility and balance. Modifications and adjustments throughout class allow students of all levels to find their individual challenge and achieve a strong mind/body balance.
