No problem. Many members join from across the U.S. Choose the live class time that fits your time zone, or use on-demand workouts when you want.
Most workouts are designed to be efficient and fit into a busy day. Live classes are 45 and 60 minutes. On-Demand offerings range from 5 to 60 minutes.
Most workouts can be done with minimal equipment. Common options include a mat, light weights, and a sturdy chair or countertop for barre support. Shop our Fitness Gear page for some IYF favorites.
A small, clear area that fits a yoga mat is usually enough. If you can extend your arms out to the sides safely, you’re good. Be ready for class with this guide for a great experience.
A mirror can help with form and alignment, but it’s not required. Our coaching cues are designed to work whether you have a mirror or not.

Many people feel better quickly with consistency. A realistic goal is 2–4 sessions per week, combined with walking or other movement you enjoy.

We’re based at our home in Phoenix/Ahwatukee, Arizona and deliver classes online so clients can join from anywhere. We do not offer an in-person studio.
