This 60-minute full-body workout is designed for students of all levels. Each low-impact class is different, offering modifications to increase intensity and a variety of options to build muscle strength and endurance. Equipment is not required - however, small props such as a ball, therabands, small weights, and yoga straps are incorporated to help students deepen their engagement. And active stretching throughout class assists with achieving increased flexibility and long, lean muscles.

Your first FIVE classes are free and new clients will be asked to complete an online waiver. Our pricing plans include various Class Passes or Monthly Plans - credit card or PayPal payments accepted.
