This 45-minute class is designed for anyone new to barre or students looking for a gentle full-body workout. Each class is different, offering modifications with a focus on increasing core strength, balance, and flexibility. Participants will need a mat and stable surface such as a chair, wall, or counter. Optional equipment such as a Pilates ball, theraband, small weights, and yoga strap may be incorporated to help students deepen their engagement. And active stretching throughout class assists with achieving increased flexibility and long, lean muscles.
