Class Description
Our 45-minute Mat Pilates class provides a low-impact, full-body workout that is perfect for any fitness level. Each session is centered on building core strength, increasing flexibility, and developing long, lean muscles. The challenge level of every class exercise can be modified with variations or progressions to meet individual needs. Students will need a mat or soft surface to work on, and equipment such as a Pilates ball, loop band, or Pilates ring may be incorporated to assist with building strength and endurance. Please book classes in advance as sizes are limited to ensure personalization and a small-group feel. Don't see a time that works? Contact us to discuss other options. We use Zoom for IYF online live classes - the link to join will be included in your confirmation email. Your first FIVE classes are free and new clients will be asked to complete an online waiver. Our pricing plans include various Class Passes or Monthly Plans - credit card or PayPal payments accepted.
